We only use the finest spices, and our Turmeric has a curcumin content between 4% and 7%. By combining these superfoods we get an exceptional anti-inflammatory, which is great for soothing colds and hay fever. Research supports that combining the piperine in black pepper with the curcumin in turmeric enhances curcumin absorption by up to 2,000%.
This is a runny honey that must be stirred before use. Best taken medicinally, by the spoonful, or stirred into hot water and sipped slowly. Also makes a great cooking ingredient.

I found Glen Heather last year and they just happened to be my local area! Great to be able to support local business and delivery is very quick. I must be on my 4th order by now, but I won’t buy from anywhere else. The taste is outstanding and like nothing you would buy in the shops. Far far superior taste and quality and as it’s raw there are no many more nutrients and benefits.
