We've taken our award winning raw summer blossom honey and infused it with the finest fresh scotch bonnet chilli peppers.
 
A medium heat, with fruity scotch bonnet tones, is a subtle enhancement to our summer blossom honey. The fresh and finely chopped chillis infuse the honey and give a crunchy fresh texture.
 
We love it drizzled over pizza, spaghetti bolognese and cheese toasties.  We think it'd be great in stir frys, chicken dishes and fish.  Give it a go and let us know your favourite dish.
